Idea and Development work

As part of the course, students experiment with ideas and concepts that can be taken from paper to the computer screen.

Here we see an example of a design for a logo being conceptualised and refined.

Past Students Work

Here is a range and selection of work from different Graphic Design disciplines from past students.

Some of the students are now studying at University whilst others have gone out and found work in the design industry.
























First Year students working hard on publicity material

As well as the book cover design project, our first year students are currently working on a brief for a mock international food festival for Bristol.

As part of the assignment, the students are exploring graphic image making and the process of design ideas from hand to screen rendered outcomes.

Year 1 Book Cover Design assignment

Our first year students are currently working on a great brief to create new and interesting cover designs for existing books.

The aim is to explore and experiment with different hand-made imagery, texture and typography, which they can then use to refine on the computers and build the design for their chosen book jacket.
